trailer opens up into a lovely modern well decorated sun room, we loved the back deck and the parks pool and beach, it was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, what an wonderful host and great shaded property, barb was such an amazing host rapidly fast responses and always geared toward making our experience better, she responded quickly and was very helpful, barb was an amazing host and we could not have asked for a better weekend alway, comfortable clean quiet and located a few minutes walk from the resort store this place had everything, we even took a nice walk along the river on the big sandy beach, rustic home overlooking the potomac river, had an issue with the air conditioning and manager was very responsive, this is a really unique property with unbelievable views and nice pool, a very nice pool and amenities within a 10 min drive if you need something, the house was clean the pool was amazing and the views over the potomac were unbeatable, but other than that this place was charming the beds/bedding was super clean and comfy, the wall is now covered in mold in the picture it is clean and white, it is an old house( which i liked about it) but clean, hosts were very responsive to address any questions or issues, rob was a great host everything was straight forward nice size house for a group of family and friends, the location is what makes this place amazing it was very close to dc, such a beautiful location the sunset on the water was perfection, amazing location and outside space with a pool, we will definitely
